2. Fill choices — dream colleges first, safe colleges last
3. Wait for mock allotment result on KEA portal (~Jun 18 tentative)
4. If mock shows a lower choice than expected, add better options above it
5. Re-run mock if KEA allows revision window
6. Lock only when satisfied — locked choices cannot change until next round
